How does the load weighing system perform functions (motor pretorque, bypass, etc)? |
The K-Weigh is like a scale. Based on the changing load, it sends signals to the controller. The
controller, in turn, performs the actual functions. Signals from the K-Weigh can be used directly to
turn on alarm bells, load limit indicators, announcers, etc.

Can it ever be used as a stand-alone device? |
Yes, the K-Weigh can be used as a stand-alone (not directly tied into the controller) device for
overload protection. Other features like bypass and anti-nuisance do require controller interface.
What controllers is it compatible with? |
The K-Weigh is compatible with most any controller and has been approved by some of the largest controller manufacturers. |

How long does it take to install? |
The K-Tech unit can be installed in less than a day, reducing downtime to the customers. |
