How It Works
	Load is added to the elevator (passengers, freight, equipment etc)
	The structural cross-member deflects, causing the sensor(s) to change resistance
	This change in resistance is converted to an analog signal by the K-Weigh electronics
	The electronics amplifies and conditions the signal and transmits it to the elevator controller
	The controller changes the operation of the elevator depending on the weight (For example, bypass hall calls at 60% of maximum rated load)
