The K-Tech Connect Emergency Device is the core unit of the K-Tech Connect system. Installed in the elevator cab, it provides two-way text and video communications during an elevator emergency.
Passengers can answer on-screen questions using the cab's Yes and No buttons, while authorized personnel can view the cab when a compatible USB camera is installed.
